Initial Phase

- 02Grab handles and step forward to create tension.
- 03Maintain a slight bend in the elbows.
Movement Phase
- Bring hands together in a wide hugging motion.
- Squeeze chest hard at the peak contraction.
- Return slowly, feeling a deep stretch across the pecs.
Form Deviation Analysis
