SETUP & EXECUTION

Initial Phase

  • 01Set pulleys to chest height.
  • 02Grab handles and step forward to create tension.
  • 03Maintain a slight bend in the elbows.

Movement Phase

  • Bring hands together in a wide hugging motion.
  • Squeeze chest hard at the peak contraction.
  • Return slowly, feeling a deep stretch across the pecs.
